I can’t speak highly enough about the level of customer service Loren at Baldwin Saddles provides. I have to lead with that because it is quite remarkable how bad the level of customer service has gotten in the services industry lately, especially considering the current state of the economy. All that said, I’m most impressed with the level and speed of communication Loren has exhibited, and he has more than delivered. The Baldwin Saddles website lists a 3-week estimated time between order placement and order shipment, based on constructing the custom seat, cover, etc. I ordered mine on the 10th, and it arrived yesterday on the 25th. Wow. Looks nice, the heating element hookups were easy to install given I had already installed the spare fuse block under the seat, and the switches on the side of the seat are cleanly installed and easy to operate.

Test rode it today, much improved over the stock ‘squishon’. We’ll two-up test it next weekend…
